Delivery, returns and warranty

Eligible new and unopened items may be requested for return within 7 days. For hygiene reasons, opened masks, tubing, filters and water chambers cannot be returned; used devices and sleep tests are also excluded. Warranty coverage follows the product and package stated on the listing.

Is AirCurve 11 VAuto the same as an ST machine?

No. VAuto is a spontaneous bilevel mode and does not replace an ST device when a backup respiratory rate is clinically required.

Can I use a full-face mask?

Yes. Choose a compatible PAP mask that seals well at your prescribed pressures.

Does it have a humidifier?

Yes. The device platform includes integrated heated humidification and supports compatible heated tubing.

Use only clinician-prescribed BiLevel settings. VAuto is not a substitute for ST/ASV/ventilation modes when those are specifically indicated.
