📝 Prescription (Rx) Orders

Certain products require a valid medical prescription by UAE law. These orders will:

• Not be processed or shipped until a valid prescription is submitted and verified by White Aspects

• Require additional processing time

If your prescription is unavailable or expired, our RxAssist Program can help you obtain a new one, usually within 24 hours.

• FREE for orders AED 185 and above

• Flat rate AED 25 for orders below AED 185

• Delivery time: 4–7 business days

Expedited Shipping (UAE)

• Same-Day Delivery (Dubai/Sharjah): AED 30 (order before 12:00 PM)

• Next Day Delivery (UAE-wide): AED 40

• Saturday Delivery: AED 50 (order before 12:00 PM Friday)

Note: Expedited delivery is unavailable to remote areas, PO Boxes, or on UAE public holidays.

We offer international shipping to GCC and worldwide destinations.

• Flat Rate International Shipping: AED 250

• Delivery Time: 7–14 business days

• Carriers Used: Aramex, DHL, FedEx, or trusted global couriers

• Customers are responsible for any import duties, taxes, or customs clearance fees in their country

• Some medical products may face import restrictions depending on the destination. Please check with your local authorities before placing an order

• International shipping fees are non-refundable unless the issue is due to our error

Please inspect your package upon delivery. Contact us immediately if:

• The item is damaged

• The item is defective

• You received the wrong product

• The package is delayed or lost

We’ll investigate and arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate.
