UAE delivery

UAE delivery charges: AED 32 for orders below AED 250; free UAE delivery for orders of AED 250 or more. No minimum order value is required. The qualifying order value is calculated after discounts.

Snugell supplier orders: estimated delivery is 7–10 days, subject to supplier availability. The usual 1–2 business-day estimate below applies to confirmed in-stock items, not Snugell supplier orders.

Most confirmed UAE orders are delivered within 1–2 business days. Same-day delivery may be available in Dubai and Sharjah for selected in-stock items when arranged before 12:00 PM. Contact us on WhatsApp before ordering if delivery timing is urgent.

UAE local orders may be delivered by a White Aspects driver or by a third-party courier, depending on the destination and order requirements.

GCC and worldwide delivery

We ship selected products across the Gulf and internationally using established courier partners. Delivery time and cost depend on destination, product type, customs clearance and carrier restrictions. The available shipping option is shown at checkout or confirmed by our team.

Order processing

Orders are processed after payment is confirmed. Orders placed on weekends or UAE public holidays are processed on the next business day. Items requiring prescription, compatibility or availability confirmation may need additional processing time.

How to track your order

Use our Track Order page and enter your Shopify order number together with the same email address used at checkout.

• White Aspects driver delivery: an external courier tracking number may not be issued. Your order status is updated when our team receives a confirmed driver update.
• Third-party courier delivery: when DHL, Aramex or another courier is used, we share the real carrier tracking number or link after the courier collects the shipment.

Typical status messages are Preparing for delivery, Out for delivery and Delivered.

International customs and duties

Customs duties, import taxes and government charges for international orders are the customer’s responsibility unless the checkout or written quotation states otherwise. Customs processing can affect the estimated delivery time.

Delivery checks

Please check the outer packaging when the order arrives. If an item is damaged, missing or incorrect, notify us promptly with your order number and clear photos so we can investigate.

Undeliverable orders

If an order is returned because the delivery address was incorrect, delivery attempts were missed or required customs charges were not paid, additional delivery charges may apply before the order can be sent again.
