These Terms of Use apply when you visit cpap2000.com, contact White Aspects Medical Trading L.L.C. through the website, or purchase products from us.

1. About White Aspects

White Aspects is a UAE medical-trading business supplying CPAP, BiPAP, oxygen-therapy, sleep-testing and related products. Website information and customer support are provided for general product and service guidance.

2. Medical information and clinical responsibility

Website content does not replace medical advice, diagnosis, a prescription or the instructions of your treating clinician. Therapy mode, pressure, oxygen flow and other clinical settings must follow the applicable prescription or clinician’s direction. In a medical emergency, contact the UAE emergency services or another appropriate local emergency provider.

3. Product selection, compatibility and use

You are responsible for selecting the correct product, model, size and compatible accessories. Contact us before ordering if compatibility is uncertain. Product images and descriptions are intended to help identify items, but packaging or minor design details may change without notice. Always follow the current manufacturer user guide, warnings, contraindications and maintenance instructions.

4. Orders, prices and payment

Prices are shown in AED and include applicable UAE VAT unless stated otherwise. The payment methods available for an order are displayed at checkout. An order is accepted when payment is confirmed and we begin processing it. We may contact you, correct an obvious pricing or listing error, or cancel and refund an order if a product is unavailable, restricted, incorrectly listed or cannot be supplied safely to the destination.

Third-party finance or instalment options, including Tabby where displayed, remain subject to the provider’s approval and terms. Insurance reimbursement or third-party claim acceptance is not guaranteed; contact us before purchase if specific documents are required.

5. Delivery

Delivery estimates are provided in good faith but can be affected by stock, prescription or compatibility checks, courier operations, customs, public holidays and destination restrictions. Current delivery information is available in our Shipping & Delivery Policy. Risk of loss passes according to the applicable delivery and consumer-protection rules.

6. Returns, damaged items and warranties

Return eligibility is governed by our Return & Exchange Policy, including hygiene restrictions for opened masks, tubing, filters, water chambers, sleep-test products and other medical-use items. Notify us promptly about damaged, defective, missing or incorrect items. Manufacturer warranties, where applicable, are subject to their own conditions and do not replace rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

7. Accounts and communications

You are responsible for keeping account and login details secure and for providing accurate contact, billing and delivery information. Order and service communications may be sent by email, telephone, SMS or WhatsApp using the details provided. Marketing messages are sent only where permitted, and you can withdraw marketing consent.

8. Intellectual property and acceptable use

The website’s original text, layout, branding and other protected content belong to White Aspects or the relevant rights holders. You may use the website for lawful personal or business purchasing purposes. You must not misuse the website, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorised access, or reproduce protected content commercially without permission.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, White Aspects is not responsible for losses caused solely by misuse of a product, failure to follow clinical or manufacturer instructions, incompatible accessories selected without confirmation, or third-party services outside our control. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability or consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded or limited.

12. Governing law and changes
