Pricing & Payment Terms

All prices on cpap2000.com are listed in AED (UAE Dirham).

We accept the following secure payment methods:

Visa, MasterCard, and AMEX (credit & debit)
Apple Pay and Google Pay
Bank transfer (for bulk orders)
White Aspects Gift Cards (if applicable)

All orders are charged in full at checkout. We do not support deferred payments or pre-authorizations. For international buyers, please check with your card provider for any applicable currency conversion fees.

Price Adjustment Policy (Within 7 Days)

If you purchase a product and find the same item on cpap2000.com at a lower price within 7 days, we’ll:

Refund the difference to your original payment method, or
Match a newly introduced promotion upon your request

Note: This excludes limited-time offers such as clearance deals or flash sales.

Best Price Guarantee (UAE Market)

If you find the same product from an authorized seller within the UAE at a lower price, we’ll:

Match the price
Beat it by 10% of the difference

Conditions:

Product must be the exact brand/model/spec
Competitor must be a verified UAE-based retailer
Price must be publicly available and in stock
Not valid for used/refurbished items or third-party marketplaces (e.g., Amazon/eBay)

Gift Cards – White Aspects

White Aspects Digital Gift Cards may be offered during promotions or campaigns.

Terms:

Can be used on any product on cpap2000.com
Never expire
Are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash
Cannot be used to purchase other gift cards

If an order paid with a gift card is refunded, the balance will be restored to the card before refunding any remaining amount to your card.

Subscriptions & Recurring Orders

We offer auto-reorder subscriptions for selected CPAP supplies like masks, filters, and tubing.

Terms:

You choose the frequency (e.g., every 30, 60, or 90 days)
Your registered card is charged before shipment
You can pause, skip, or cancel anytime from your account dashboard
Subscriptions cannot be combined with promotional codes

You’ll receive a reminder email 3 days before your next billing date. If you don’t cancel before billing, your next order will be processed and shipped.
