Choose the prescribed bilevel mode
- VAuto: ResMed AirCurve 10 VAuto and AirCurve 11 VAuto provide automatic bilevel therapy within clinician-set limits when VAuto is prescribed.
- Spontaneous (S): Löwenstein prisma 25S supports compatible spontaneous bilevel prescriptions without a timed backup mode.
- Spontaneous/timed (ST): ResMed AirCurve 10 ST, ResMed Lumis 100 and 150 VPAP ST, Löwenstein prisma 25ST and Resvent iBreeze 30ST include timed backup capability for prescriptions that specifically require ST or related timed modes.
- CPAP or Auto CPAP: If bilevel therapy is not prescribed, review the CPAP machine collection instead.

BiPAP machine FAQs
What is the difference between CPAP and BiPAP?
CPAP delivers a single fixed pressure (APAP adjusts it within a prescribed range), while bilevel therapy provides separate inspiratory and expiratory pressures. The prescribed device type and mode should guide the choice.
Are VAuto, S and ST modes interchangeable?
No. These mode families serve different clinical requirements. ST devices include timed backup capability when prescribed; VAuto and S devices should not be substituted for an ST prescription.
Does every BiPAP machine include a mask and heated tube?
Every BiPAP machine includes one compatible mask at no extra charge. Select the available mask model and size when ordering. A heated tube is included only when stated in the selected package; check the product page for the supplied tubing, humidifier and other accessories.
Can White Aspects ship BiPAP machines outside the UAE?
International checkout shipping is available for many destinations. Actual availability depends on the machine, destination, courier restrictions, customs rules and any medical-device requirements.
