What is included in the box?

Delivery, returns and warranty

UAE delivery costs AED 32 for orders below AED 250 and is free from AED 250. The order value is calculated after discounts. There is no minimum order value; international delivery is quoted separately at checkout.

Eligible new and unopened items may be requested for return within 14 days of delivery. For hygiene reasons, opened masks, tubing, filters and water chambers cannot be returned; used devices and sleep tests are also excluded. Devices sold by White Aspects come with a 2-year device warranty (masks and consumables follow the manufacturer's own terms).

Prices are in AED with VAT at 0% (zero-rated medical equipment), so no 5% is added at checkout; a tax invoice showing our TRN is available on request. CPAP, BiPAP, oxygen and ventilation devices are medical devices set up to your prescription, so keep your prescription details ready for setup.

With the configured sensors, ApneaLink Air records nasal airflow, respiratory effort, oxygen saturation, pulse and snoring. These breathing-related signals help a qualified clinician assess suspected sleep apnea.

Home testing suitability and result interpretation depend on your clinical history and recording quality. A home study does not record the full brain-wave signals of an attended laboratory sleep study. If a home result is negative or inconclusive despite ongoing symptoms, your clinician may recommend further testing.
