Löwenstein prisma Coarse Dust Filters – 2 Pack

Löwenstein prisma coarse dust filter — washable grey filter, pack of two (WM 29928). The grey coarse filter is the first filtration layer on Löwenstein prisma and prismaLINE therapy devices. It sits in the filter compartment at the back of the machine and catches dust, sand, hair and larger particles before they reach the blower. Unlike a disposable filter it is washable, so one filter lasts several months and a pack of two keeps you covered for a year with one in use and one drying or in reserve.

Who it is for

• Every owner of a prisma SMART, prisma 20A, prisma 25S, prisma 25ST or other prisma / prismaLINE device.
• Anyone whose grey filter has become discoloured, torn or no longer springs back after washing.

Compatibility

Fits the filter compartment of compatible Löwenstein prisma and prismaLINE devices, including the prisma SMART, prisma 20A, prisma 25S and prisma 25ST. It can be used on its own or together with the optional white pollen / fine filter, which sits behind it. Not for ResMed, Philips or Resvent devices. Confirm the exact model printed on the label of your device before opening the pack.

Care and replacement

• Rinse the coarse filter under running water and squeeze it out gently; do not use detergent, bleach or a washing machine.
• Clean it about once a month, or sooner in dusty conditions, and let it dry completely before refitting; a damp filter can carry moisture into the device.
• Replace it about every six months, or as soon as it is damaged, discoloured beyond cleaning or no longer sits flat in the compartment.
