Frequently asked questions
Will ClimateLineAir 11 fit AirSense 10?
No. Use the ClimateLineAir tubing made for the AirSense 10 / AirCurve 10 platform.
Can it help with water in the tube?
Yes. Heated tubing and appropriate climate settings can reduce condensation, though room temperature and humidity still matter.
Do I need to add water?
The heated tube itself does not hold water. Water is added only to the compatible humidifier chamber.
How should I clean it?
Disconnect it from the device, wash it as directed by ResMed, rinse thoroughly and let it air dry completely before reconnecting.
What is the difference between ClimateLine and SlimLine tubing?
SlimLine is a lightweight, flexible, unheated tube. ClimateLineAir is heated tubing: with a compatible humidifier and Climate Control, it helps maintain air temperature and reduce condensation (water collecting in the tube). Choose the heated tube made for your machine: AirSense 10 uses ClimateLineAir, while AirSense 11 uses ClimateLineAir 11. These heated tubes are not interchangeable. SlimLine can be used with compatible devices without heated-tube Climate Control; follow your device guide for the tube-type setting. Check the selected package to see which tube is included.
