Access your order history online or contact us when you need an official VAT invoice or company details added.

View your Shopify orders

Open the secure customer order portal.
Sign in using the same email address used at checkout.
Select the relevant order to view its details and available order documents.

Need an official tax invoice?

Send your Shopify order number and the billing name required on the invoice to sales@whiteaspects.com or WhatsApp +971 56 435 3565. For a company invoice, include the legal company name, billing address and tax-registration number where applicable.

Never send full payment-card details by email or WhatsApp. We may verify the order email or customer details before releasing an invoice.
